Hi. 1). In-game sims do not stand with their arms up like the rig is by default. Clothing with loose sleeves or armpits must be made with arms down so that the fabric simulates in a way that makes sense. 2). Your mesh is extremely high poly. If you plan on sharing it with other people, you should not go past 10k-15k tris unless necessary. Most of your polycount comes from buttons, the shirt and inner geometry, none of which needs extra definition at all; 3). You need inner geometry only in places where it is visible; 4). The mesh is not vertex painted; 5). You should choose a different mesh for weight and uv_1 transfer
You should postpone finishing this project and work on something simple like a tank top or a swimsuit to master adapting meshes for s4s

Thank you dearest I'll keep this in mind for the next project I do with a jacket or loose sleeve. I'll take this all into consideration
