Note: I didnt add in the texture for this mesh as I wanted the collar and sleeve part sorted out first before adding the texture. Download: www.mediafire.com/file/zxktsugv8qlsom3/chi.rar/fileAfter having done many clothes conversions, I aint sure whether the blender has issues or that the mesh itself was the problem. While adjusting the collar by enlarging it as the original mesh the collar was small, I end up selecting the 3rd arrow as I always do with the other conversions. Usually I have no problem with that. But for some reason, for this mesh, the collar ended up looking a little distorted and large, it didnt fit the blazer covering the collar. If that wasnt bad enough, the blazer covering the blouse becomes either distorted or smaller, and so does the sleeve. So I tried adjust the mesh part by part by select edit mode, then select certain parts of the top through the material section, but then oddly enough, sometimes the sleeve becomes smaller than the center part of the blazer. If not, I would end up having the collar smaller than the next. Here are the pics: Overly large blazer while adjusting collar: This is how the original should look like: After trying to do the same result here: Even as I tried shrinking back the collar and had the blazer cover it well, it because as shown in the pic.

Hi.
- select everything with A, switch to Edge select, Select - select boundary loops, mark them as sharp or seams; - select everything again, Tools - Remove doubles, set merge distance to 0,0001; - enable proportional editing and reshape the mesh for it is very different from ts4 child's body, not only in the collar but shoulders as well; - after you will transfer the weights, select one edge marked as sharp, Select - select similar - sharpness, Mesh - edges - edge split
