I was following a converting tutorial (personal use) and I followed EVERY STEP: uv maps, weight transfers, GEOM cuts, exported mesh in every LOD etc. and I still don't know what I am doing wrong. At first I created a new 3D Mesh, exported glasses, did weight transfers, change the weight to head and it came out exactly like the first two photos then I did it with hair instead and it's still coming out the same way. Any missing steps?? I'm new to making hair cc but not accessories so I see a difference and can't never get hair cc right. Link to download to see the problem Mesh Texture

Hi. You need to watch a different tutorial because this is not how alpha hair is made at all. Hair is made of three meshgroups where one (0002) is the original shape and the other two are hat chops. The hat chops show up only when you put on a hat What you're seeing is a transparency issue which is very tricky to fix in Blender. All hair creators use 3ds max or milkshape to avoid it . Fortunately, only a few parts of this mesh have transparency (lenses, the tail, hairline), so you can simply separate them and add a new meshgroup It also has no proper uv_1 so it will not morph right.

- unfold rig, make top and head_2 selectable; - select head_2, in 3d view press Shift D, then Esc, then duplicate the top the same way. After that select top.001, Shift-select head_2.001, press Ctrl J to join; " - select the joined mesh, switch to Edit mode, disable Limit selection to visible, press B, select the edge loop where the neck should connect to the torso, Remove doubles with Merge distance set to 0,0001; - switch to object mode, select the hair, add Data transfer modifier, choose head_2.001 as source object, set the rest like in the pic, apply; - delete head_2.001
