So I apparently can't post in the bugs and errors part and I don't see this problem anywhere.
Today I ran the batch to update skinstones and makeup (the makeup batch took forever and I cancelled it, but there was still a folder with the fix), but when I launched the game, my Sims with alpha CC skin were back to EA skins, with ridiculous skintones and clay-like faces. I removed the batch fix folder... nothing. I uninstalled the Sims 4 Studio and removed all the files, the changes are still there. I even repaired my game, but the problem persists.
I know it's Sims 4 Studio, because before I ran the makeup fix, I could only change the opacity for the CC makeup - after I was able to change anything, but at the loss of details.
So what else must I do to get rid of the changes Sims 4 Studio made?

Hi, probably it can't be a big help, but you could run again the batchfix with your original files. It is well known that this particular batchfix takes a lot of time. Read this: sims4studio.com/thread/23475/studio-updates-batch-fix-makeup.
I suppose that cancelling a running batchfix may have some bad consequences. If I were you, I would try again. Good luck!

Gonna be hard to run the batchfix again with their original files when the very first thing they did was delete the backup of their original files.

Cidra, I just thought that there was a way for Aiculik to get the original files back or to redownload them. Besides I am not "Miss know-it-all" I especially wanted to warn Aiculik against cancelling a running batchfix.

Yeah if you deleted the files from the s4s folder in your documents, you may have to re-download all those mods.
