How do the 2 batch fixes for CAS run ?

I spent a lot of time reading this forum to know if the question is ok for s4s creators...

but i didn't find what i am looking for so sorry if people already asked this.

So i'm wondering how the batch fixes for CAS run because i ran the fixes and that fixed some problems on my CC but not all of them.

That's why i want to know how that works to apply by myself a fix (with some modifications) to edit my CC files one by one and make them functioning.

Is it possible to know that or is it breaking s4s creators rules ?

Is there tutorials i can read to do this?
