My understanding is, the way a selective clone works, the original of the clone must reside in the game or the clone can't be placed.
If the fix for broken chairs / bar stools is to make a selective clone out of them to apply the 32-bit tuning instance flag, for people in possession of other creator's original stand-alone items, like by Emi (nynaeve) and such, doesn't that mean I must have Emi's original in the game to support the clone? Won't that lead to everything being duplicated?
Wouldn't it be best to wait for creators to apply the batch fix to their original content and republish them rather than apply a batch against what we've downloaded, especially if the creators make other updates to their content later?
Also, I have created many stand-alone objects where I've changed meshes, foot prints, tuning, tag properties, DST entries, lots of things, of game objects, so my second question: Will I be able to re-apply all of those changes if I recreate the mods to selective clones the same way I do stand-alone objects? Will that impact other players downloading my content?

Separate question, is there no way to apply the 32-bit instance tuning flag to stand-alone objects? A setting in S4S where that can be set as the default for creating new stand-alone objects would be great.
