You'll need to alter the specular map. There's a tutorial for it here: sims4studio.com/thread/1617/create-rgb-specular-objects If you have issues understanding the terms, this will help, as well: teanmoon.blogspot.com/2016/04/the-specular-texture.html You can also look at the tutorial for CAS speculars that explains the concepts. sims4studio.com/thread/1728/information-on-cas-specular-rles Take a look at the very last post in the CAS specular tutorial. I wrote about the differences between how to handle the specular image when using a dds file and how to handle the image when using a png file. I was massively confused about this at first. The biggest help, in my opinion, is to clone an EA item that has the sort of glossiness you want and use the specular from the cloned item as a guide for your item.
