I converted the debug pizza slice from the game into accessory. I used the hat category as someone suggested, since the UV is bigger than the bracelet one. I followed a tutorial and everything seemed ok, but when I put it in the game, this happens (don't mind the ugly texture, I was just testing it XD): I need this an accessory to use with posepacks. I don't really know where the mistake is. I thought I had fixed this part where the object follows the hand, but it didn't work. It's also messing up the hair. If anyone can take a look for me, here are the files. Thank you so much.

It doesn't make any sense to clone a hat for your accessory. Once you equip your accessory, the hat chop will show up. You can see the hat chop, actually, on the sim and in the thumbnail in your screenshot. It would be much better to clone a ring, or a bracelet, or the arm bracelet from City Living--that's the one that goes around the upper arm. Or even earrings. Anything other than a hat. A necklace might work but it's set up to morph with the sliders and that could be an issue. You can UV map your pizza slice in the hat section of the CAS map, and you can change the category of where your pizza slice shows up. You will not be able to put a hat on your sim, however. In my opinion, it would be best to clone the City Living upper arm bracelet since it's not likely to be used much in the game. You will have to delete the weights in Blender and add the weight b__R_Hand__. Be sure to actually assign the weight. That was not done in the .blend file you shared. The pizza slice was not vertex painted either. You'll need to do that. I'll link a couple of tutorials below that will help but note that EA changed the vertex color for accessories. It's not black anymore. It's green, and the hex number for it is 007f00. Also, note that I used Blender 2.78. There are a couple of other things to note. One is that you will have a shadow left over from whatever item you cloned. The below screenshot shows the shadow from the City Living arm bracelet. You'll have to edit the shadow texture to get rid of the shadow and you'll want to edit the bump map, too, so you don't get weird artifacts and whatnot. Also, note that the fingers clip through the pizza slice. I don't know why that is, but it seems like you could mess with weight painting to get the fingers to "stick" to the pizza slice. I really don't know at this point. If you're making this accessory for poses, however, maybe the clipping doesn't matter since you can move the fingers where you want them? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Here are the tutorial links that will help you. sims4studio.com/thread/164/start-finish-accessory-mesh-beginnerssims4studio.com/thread/250/joint-list-sims-sim-skeletons

Thank you so much, Fwecka (Lolabellesims) ! I was following a tutorial, maybe it's outdated. I'll try it.Thanks for the links Edit: the accessory was not working with certain clothes, so I also had to do this: Go to warehouse . Region map > Entries > Edit items and change the region to "base".

The fingers clip because of the position of the pizza slice in space. You should adjust that instead of the weights
