Hi! So my game just did the May update and I'm wondering about the white lines around the objects when I hover over them. I don't remember them being so vivid before and it's a bit annoying now, and they're really bright in my game even during the daytime. They're there with or without mods enabled. Has it always been like this? I can't even remember anymore and it's only been a week or two since I last played.

this is kinda weird cause normally this only appears on build mode, but you have any mod or do you update them all ?

Yes usually build mode has a faint one but I was just a bit taken aback by how bright it suddenly became. Mods were disabled at the time. Not too much of a big deal but it kinda ruins the build mode look :D

This is a new feature EA added to help with understanding modular item placement I believe, and I'm sure other reasons. Like the new modular shelves, they showed it in the livestream. The "main/parent" object gets a brighter highlight to indicate it's the main one (so when you move that one, the others move as well), the others are meant to get a more dull one to indicate they aren't a main/parent object.

Ohhh interesting. Wish there was a way to turn it on and off, but at least now I'm not wondering if I'm imagining things or not. Thank you! :D
