(Don't want to hijack another thread with an unrelated issue) Hi, guys and Mizore Yukii specifically. I just want to ask about one moment you mentioned here
You said flying hair, did you mean a hair that moves on it's own and isn't based on the sims animations? If you want the hair to animate by itself, you won't be able to do it as a CAS item and should try an object instead, but will require modding. You could follow this tutorial and use an interaction to add it to sims, slot it to the head.Is there perhaps a way of making a fully functional* toddler/pet carrier that adjusts to the body? I could not think of a single object that would be affected by morphs( or, like, stick to the body), so i though it was impossible, but maybe there is a way?
* fully functional, as in has animation of putting a toddler/pet in there, not just a sim spinning around and the baby/pet appears in an accessory carrier I mean the frontal one like this

From what I know, no, objects can't be impacted by morphs. Whatever object you slot to the sim can still clip with extreme shapes.
