Is there a way to alter existing Maxis clothes to be more unisex? Like a shirt without built in boobs, distorted boobs and emphasized shadows on both masculine/feminine frames?

Hi. If you are not satisfied with how the mesh morphs after you change the frame, the only way of making it better is to reshape the mesh manually in blender and (possibly) re-do the texture

Sorry for the delay and thank you very much for the reply.
Unfortunately, changing meshes and all that isn't something I can do. I did find in-game tops that were sort of unisex. There are tops that are similar and fit either frame but have two separate images under Feminine and Masculine tags (Pride Flag shirt) BUT a few of them show under both tags with one image that changes to fit a masculine or feminine frame (Light Bulb shirt). I figured out it was a tag issue and I also made a test override which made the Pride Flag work like the Light Bulb T. So for now, this will be the only way I can "make" some unisex clothes. This is very useful for trans Sims.
Thank you again for trying to help. I appreciate it.

When the mesh is allowed (as in, tags are unchecked ) to fit both frames, it has 2 thumbnails. When it is not, there's only one. The ones that are not allowed usually have a separate item for a different frame
