Hello, I created a hair recently and I'm still trying to fixing it. The problem shows in CAS and Blender, when I export the mesh from S4 Studio Before I export to S4 studio imgur.com/a/3z7N6KvAfter I import from S4 studio imgur.com/a/fhcvSkXRemove doubles seems to fix, but when I export to S4 studio again the hair turns the same...

Hi. Remove doubles in 3d view first, then remove doubles in uv editor (press W - Remove doubles, set Merge distance to 0,0001). That said, why are you exporting it after importing in s4s in the first place?
S4S splits the mesh along uv island borders ( each vertex can have only one uv coordinate), but it does not shade these edges as sharp, you should not be seeing that effect in the game

That said, why are you exporting it after importing in s4s in the first place? I did this trying to see what I was doing wrong XD Also, I tried to transfer the uv1 map from another hair to my mesh and now it fixed, but thank you for the help

Yes, that remade the uvs. Remove doubles must be done for both uv maps
