Request: Mod to unlock pack-specific CAS items by default

I always thought it was kinda dumb that CAS items aren't covered in the ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat. I know you can use the cas.unlockbytag cheat to do this manually per pack, but I'd rather not have to. Sorry if this mod already exists, but I haven't seen one.
