Collab? Desperately need help to finish my custom necklace

I've finished making the mesh but basically everything after that I'm lost from there. I have many failed attempts leading to a lot of unfinished projects so that's a real big bummer and really demotivating :( I'm getting frustrated at this point but if anyone would like to collab and or just help guide me with the rest that would be great.
