Can I force a sim to wear outfit when nude?

Hello, I hope this is the right place to post this. So basically I'm looking to find a way for a sim to use a specific outfit when nude. I have some wearwolf sims wearing the Skyrim wearwolf costume made by Natalia-Auditore. However, when bathing etc, they obviously change to naked and that just looks silly. Any ideas how I can get round this? I'm ok with installing whichever mods or tinkering with programs such as S4S (as long as it's not too technical).
