Hi, this is a version 1 of a piercing jewelry cabinet/sunglasses display I'm making for retail store and this one is supposed to sit on a counter, slots on shelves. prnt.sc/1s9baevI would like for the sides to be mirrors. When I looked up how to make something reflective, it said to clone a mirror; but if I do that, then it will be only a floor/wall object, no? I have two questions: Is there a way to make a mirror for a counter? or should I just do a floor mirror and use 9 to move it up and can I make both sides reflective being as it is one long cube in the center that sticks out on both sides as one mesh? yes im gonna make it smaller LOL

only one mirror showed up :( how can I add another one on the other side? I can't say for certain this is the solution--it's something I haven't done, myself--but it's worth a try, I think. To make a floor item sit on a table you'd need to change its footprint. And mirrors use the FlatMirror shader. Logically, I think you'd need to clone something with three mesh groups, two of which would be a flat plane and would have the FlatMirror shader applied. Clone something that sits on a table and then you won't have to futz with the footprint. Another tip: set up your package with the correct footprint and correct shader before you import your color swatches. This way each new swatch you add will already be set up correctly. Let me know if it works, please. I'd like to know what the results of this was.

So far I was able to put it on a table just by changing the slotting behavior to 3 (for large objects) But I am probably just going to accept it only has 1 mirror

Two separate mesh groups for mirrors didn't work? Well, that's good to know, at least.
