I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this forum but I can't place a message in the actual bug report section. I'm completely unable to open Sims 4 Studio Wishes Beta. I can download the program and open it, but as soon as I click My CC, the entire program freezes and refuses to work. I've uninstalled and installed several times.

What version are you trying to use, what OS are you using and what sort of error logs are there in your s4s folder?

I'm running on Windows 10. I'm trying to use the Sims 4 Studio 3.1.5.4 Wishes version but everytime I open the application and click on CC. It'll automatically freeze and say not responding.

Hi. If the issue has not been resolved, make sure your game and mods paths look like this, add s4s to exceptions in your antivirus, run it as admin

If she can't get to that place, in the program, then that won't help her. I open S4S and it loads, then says "(Not Responding)" for several minutes, if not hours. I just installed the update, too.

The op can get to this place, the software crushes when they try to load the content of Mods folder through s4s. if you cannot start s4s at all, that is a different situation. First, make sure to download the latest version of s4s that came out today, if you haven’t yet. If this alone won’t help, try running it as admin. If won’t help, try adding to your antivirus exceptions. If still won’t help, tell us where s4s is installed

Done all of that. It is still not responding. The path is C:/Program Files (x86)/Sims 4 Studio.

I uninstalled it from Program Files (x86) and in stalled it to Program Files. It seems to be working, but I am checking and will let you know.

It worked, for 2 recolors. Now, it's crashing on startup, again.

Is there another recoloring program that works?

Is there another recoloring program that works? If you have the d drive or more, move s4s there. If your game is updated to the latest version of the game, make sure your s4s is updated as well.
There are other software for ts4 that should be able to do this like the one from tsr, but this is the problem with how/where s4s is installed and navigated
