blue screen for teleportation mod?

the teleporter mod hasn't worked awhile for me where if i clicked on it, nothing happened. that finally stopped, but now the screen goes blue instead. does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know what's causing it? i have a lot of mods, it's not practical to do the "remove all mods to find the issue" route for me it'll take way too long :(

edit: gonna keep this up in case anyone faces the same problem. the issue was the t.o.o.l. mod being out of date, so if you come across the issue and use tool, that might be your issue source, too!
