The latest game version 1.80.69.1030 apparently broke the tuning for the Sims to become a Witch or a Warlock (Neil_WitchTrait.package). I was wondering if anyone could update it? NeilSimming apparently quit the modding community and I read somewhere that he/she gave permission to update the mod, currently don't remember where I read the post otherwise I'll provide the link :(
