Hello!
I'm hoping to find some people to collaborate on creating replacement videos for the TV.
I don't like how they used footage from the Sims 3 since the styles just DO NOT match. Actual Sims 4 footage would fit much better.
The process for creating original footage for this mod would require so much work and editing even before getting to the actual coding.
It's possible to do alone but much more practical to get as many people as possible to help.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
If you can code, capture video in game, create actors, sets, edit in effects, ANYTHING.
I'll of course be doing a little bit of everything, but let me know what roles you'd be willing to fulfill.

If you're interested in creating video, pick a channel and record appropriate footage in game.
Tips:
Make sure to turn off UI capture in game settings.
Go into first person mode for cool shots.
Use shift+click to cheat for emotion/need level/death/spawn props.
Use cheat "headlineEffects Off" to remove Plumbobs, thought bubbles, and white outline.
Be creative! Remake a pop culture classic, or something totally original.
Channels:
Cooking- Footage of cooking, eating, harvesting food ingredients. Good actors could look like Guy Fierri, Gordon Ramsey, ect.
Action- Fighting, shooting freeze ray guns, training. Good actors would be muscular/tough.
Comedy- Silly things, comedy routines, laughing, parody remake of pop culture classics. I'll probably make a Basemental version of Harold and Kumar.
Romance- Romantic/friendly interactions, proposal, wedding scenes. All actors would fit this role.
News- This ones pretty easy. Sims are seated, and talking to each other. Weird phenomena, politicians, aliens would make great filler scenes.
Sports- Expansion packs like City Living, Uni Life, Snowy Escape have exclusive sporting interactions.
Kids- Kids shows are weird and random. So anything goes really.
Music TV- Sims singing, dancing, playing instruments. Get Together has a great tool for creating a synchronized dance group.
TV Classics- Film noir, old sitcoms.
If you're interested in creating actors/sets, upload them, or let us know how to find them.
Use uncommon creation names in gallery (numbers and letters combined randomly/code) so they're easier to find.
Come up with a specific hashtag code to narrow down the search.
Link to any required CC/expansion pack.
Be careful to allow space for the sims to walk around/interact with the set.
If you contribute in anyway shape or form, don't worry about "completing" your part. Do what you want and upload whatever you can.
