Did you try the exclude parts flag from my last post? When I tested it I was able to equip bracelets without trouble. You know, it's possible, given the shape of the sleeve, that you're not going to achieve perfect animation. The game is not capable of perfect physics; the game engine cannot perfectly calculate how fabric should fold and flow. If the sleeves are stiff I don't know if you can fix that, to be honest. I tested your mesh in Blender and didn't see any weird spikes when the arms were moved. IF you have to transfer weights—I'm not saying you must; I'm saying IF you must—don't use Blender 2.70. Use a higher version of Blender (I use 2.78). Here's how to transfer weights in a higher version of Blender:

Thank you for all the help you give me in this thread fwecka and mauvemorn. I didn't paste 0000041000000180 in exclude before. I paste 000000000FC0E100. But I cloned dresspanels again and paste 0000041000000180 . Now it seems the dress works perfectly and the bracelets are avaiable. Is this number the same for every long sleeve dress I want to work with bracelets or the number in exclude part flags changes depending on the dress?
