No autonomous mixology (Request/WCIF)

I'm sick of my sims making drinks all the time, even when it makes no sense or gets in the way of other activities! I've tried searching for a mod that stops this, but I can't find any; all the links are broken! 
So my question is, can someone send me a working link to a mod that does this (if one exists), or is there a simple way to make this mod? If there isn't, can someone please make one? Thanks
