Request: Accessory CC out of Get Together dress

Hello! I tried making an outerwear piece out of that one Get Together dress but I didn't succeed. Does anyone want to create something like this? In the attached photo is what I wanted to make. I'd love if it was in the accessory category (like socks or gloves) Thank you in advance!
