You do not need to, they will move individually if you choose Connected

Unfortunately, if I select a vertex of the hair it moves me all together, not individually hair by hair. Like I did when I created every single hair of the mesh. I'm sending you two screenshots to show you.

Ok. I did it. I found a way to move every single part of the hair. Now do I have to repeat all the steps again for each hair on the same point or can I transfer the changes to the other layers of the mesh on the same point as well? Can I transfer these changes made to the other mesh layers?

As I said, you are meant to scroll the mouse wheel up until you see the radius, and only then you move the cursor.
Delete other two meshgroups, duplicate this one twice and change cut numbers
