How do I change the debug food bowl on this case?

I want to create custom recipes but some of them will have a different type of bowl or plate.
I made an override as a test and recolored one of the ramen bowls.
It changes from my recolored version to the white debug bowl after the sim finish eating it. (package)

So I wanted to know where I change the "empty bowl version".

Is it here in the tuning?

If so, how should I create this bowl? It can't be a "normal' object right?
How do I create a new "debug bowl"? What shuld I clone?
