when you're in blender, select the base plane. then, go into UV editing and select the shadow texture image. move the UV into a white space.

Blender UV Image Exwhere the blue circle is, you click that and select the shadow image, and move the UV to a white space

okay got it thank you and I have another question when I make items they look good in sims 4 studio but when I get in-game they are transparent

sorry I should have been more clear on my question so when I get in game the images is choppy every time I move someone told me it was because I had done project from view but I am not sure how to unwrap without having the uv in a weird shape

do you mean that the texture changes when you move? like it glitches

You can go into the sims4studio and open your project, then under the texture tab see where it says texture and underneath it says "diffuse", "shadow" etcetera. Choose shadow and underneath choose make blank. This will remove the shadow entirely.
