Marvelous Designer|How do I fix an outfit from Child to Tod

I don't know how to explain this well, but is there a way to reset the mesh instead of redoing the whole pattern? I made an outfit for a child and I want it for toddlers as well. but I don't want to remake the pattern just for it to fit on the toddler. Is there a way to reset the mesh?
