Several questions about the allow cc for random feature

    Hi! This is my first post so apologies if it seems odd. I was wondering if the allow for random option in the creator studio is only supposed to apply to randomly generated townies. I enjoy using non default skins in my game to add variety and realism. I discovered the option in S4S that allows me to change the CAS category of the cc I use. I really dislike how cluttered my skin details tab became and how I couldnt keep track of what cc was a skin overlay and what was a skin detail etc. so I moved all non default skins under the "occult brows" category (where the eyebrow scars from Get Famous are located on non occult sims) since I never use that tab anyways. In additon I also allowed every skin overlay I downloaded for random so it would show up on in game generated townies. Now I am happy that my cc is organized, however...I noticed when i randomize sims in CAS my skin overlays are not factored in and I have to manually randomize them by selecting the randomize button in the occult brows menu. I am assuming this is because the occult brows section is normally not allowed for random.

So...to summerize what I want to know is, since the skin overlays recategorized under the occult brows section have been allowed for random using s4s: Will they at least show up on randomly generated townies OR due to the fact that they are located under the "occult brows" section they cannot actually be factored into the appearance of randomly generated townies

If this cannot occur in my game does anyone know of any mods that can allow it? If not would anyone be kind enough to point me to where the scripts that allow categories for random townie appearance generation are located so I can attempt to create the mod myself? 

Alternatively if this can occur, is there any way using S4S to increase percentage of how frequently the rando generated sims can have the skin overlays?

 Some things to note are:

• I am aware I can manually allow my skin overlays for random townie generation using mcc_dresser custom definition settings but if I dont have to waste the extra effort and time that takes, I would prefer not to.
• I have searched for a mod that allows categories such as Occult Brows be allowed for random but haven't found anything of the sort after searching for three days 
• I have also looked through the forum containing threads with any topics focusing on the allow cc for random feature but most focus on disallowing cc for random
• I have tested this a bit in my game, looking at a few of the in game generated sims and so far none "naturally" have the skin overlays.

I would prefer not to have to go into cas and edit every new townie to have a skin overlay so any help is much appreciated!
