I was trying to see if I could change the model in studio because it's so hard for me to view CC the way it is currently. Makeup and hair just does not look the same as it does in game. Well, I found a skin set by Nyloa that removed the eyebrows and smoothed out the skin which looks quite nice and may help me, at least with the makeup. I put it in my Sims 4 Studio/Mods folder and I'm not seeing any changes to my model. I found the tutorial on here as well and tried to import the images from Nyloa's skin to the files provided in the tutorial and again nothing changed. Am I doing something wrong? I don't get it. |

Hi. Need to convert the skin texture to LRLE.
Open the package with the skin, go to Tools - Modding and find the related option (forgot the exact name but there should be LRLE in it)

Also I'm now updated to the most recent version. |

You suppose to put Nyloa's files in the Studio/Mods folder without exporting and importing them. Make sure you have just 1 skin replacement file in that folder. They work as an override.

I thought I did that, but nothing had changed. Now it's randomly working lol. Maybe I needed to change it to LRLE like mauvemorn said but it still didn't work when I tried it after that so I don't know. I haven't done anything since that so who knows, but it works now so I won't question it. |
