I never had this before but suddenly recently whatever mesh i am trying to export no matter what it is, it shows up empty in blender.
I tried the following:
For some reason there are 4 lamps in the project but they are set to hidden. I also checked if the blender s4s blender add-on is enabled.
Edit: I'd also like to add that old exported meshes from before i was having this problem, open fine without being empty. So that just means it really is a s4s exporting issue.
Here i have the s4s logs of where there seems to be an error which might be useful:

I tried the following:
- open the blend file in blender 2.79
- open the blend file in blender 2.70
- reinstall s4s
- download the s4s zip instead of installer
- moving s4s in the same drive as blender
- deleting the s4s folder in documents
