I've been trying to puzzle out how to get this mesh to work as an object but due to my laptop being old as hell, I can only run equally old as hell versions of blender and I think that's where the brick wall I'm hitting is. I genuinely don't care if it's T-posing, as long as its in build mode I'm 100% happy and grateful.
If anyone can figure this out I will be forever grateful!! Thank you so much for reading <3

I was able to repose the model and the uvwrap looks fine in blender but when I load it into the Sims4Studio program This is what I get: Why does its eyes and belly look like that?! I think I might have to edit the mesh or redo the uv wrap. Either way, it's gonna take a while.

Oh god, yeah I was having the same issue when I was trying on my end! I think some of the screwed up bits are extra expressions? Might just be better to excise them. No worries if it just doesn't work out, the textures are just nuts. I appreciate you trying at all!

I think it's just a mapping issue, where the eyes, belly and eyebrows have been UVmapped separately in the original version, but in the OBJ they're overlapped.
They should be fairly easy to separate in Blender, but they'll need to be remapped so they don't share the same space (fit all the textures into a texture map, then move all the UV pieces around. Can be an idea to extract the UVs for the original textures first, and overlay them on the texture map, so you see where to put the UVs in Blender).
Looks like there's five carebears on that site. All five look like they can share textures (the grumpy one probably needs a separate mesh if you want the expression, though)
I can take a closer look at it tomorrow if you don't figure it out.

I agree, I was going to try rearranging some of the uv map but there were so many lil nodes. I'm studying for a final I have this week; I'm not going to be able to puzzle with it some more until the weekend. Thank you! I'm curious to know how to fix it. I'd like a carebear sculpture in my game too. ☺

I don't have time to tinker much with it until sometime later this weekend, but if anyone wants to have a go, here's the separated meshes (g0 is the "happy" bear, "G1" is the "grumpy bear", there's 4 parts each, they're overlapped in the file. I made them a bit bigger butI haven't finalized the size or anything, so that probably has to be fixed later). I also extracted all the UVmaps. It's probably a bit easier to figure out how to place the various items with the UVmaps. There's an eyelash, eyes, belly, and the rest of the bear. You can easily fit it into a 1024 map if you use the 512x512 bear map, or a 1024x2048 if you use the 1024x1024 bear map. There's also the back of the eyes (it didn't fit in the UVmap), but you can scale it down and place it on a white part of the map (probably won't show anyway, it's only important for the animated version this was extracted from). SFS is having issues today, so Box linkEDIT: After some remapping (I used the 512 map since it has some fluffiness the others don't have. The eyelids might be a problem since they require an alpha-editable texture, but I think I can figure it out. Been a while since I made TS4 items...) Not sure about the files, though. Is it fine with just deco? Roughly what size? I'll add all the colors to each mesh (who says the other carebears can't be grumpy, too?).

Nice! I hope you'll be able to figure out how to make the other bears non-Grumpy! I'd like to have these bears for my own world, since five of my kid Sims are based on Care Bears characters.

Oh my god you figured it out, absolute legend. Decor is just fine! I was thinking about the size as the large teddy bears, the sitting ones that are about toddler scale?, just with none of the function. Thank you so much for this, I cannot express enough how grateful I am.

Oh, that's no problem - all of them can use the same two meshes and textures/mapping, it's just the grumpy bear that's got a different expression(and slightly different mapping for the face, but it overlaps the textures in the same area as the other bear) I'll work on them some more later this week. I can try to make it into a sitting one (figured I'd maybe make a working TS2 bear while I was at it, so the skeleton could be helpful with the sitting one). EDIT: Files for the deco versions mostly done, just have to test them to see if all the maps are working. The T-pose bothered me, so this happened (but not going to make it sit, because those stubby legs are going to be a nightmare).

All done with the deco versions There's two, one happy and one grumpy, all the textures show up for both (there's one extra for the grumpy one, I noticed the grumpy bear had a different mouth texture, so I added both that one and one I've changed to match the others. Just depends a bit which grumpy face you like best). Played a bit with the sizes ingame. The standard size is the purple to the left and blue (sized up one time like the purple in the back they're slightly smaller than Blarrfy). They're cloned from what I think is a medium-sized object (I can never get it straight in my head what's what in TS4. Needed some properties of the item...), so they're not too shelf-friendly, but they'll place on tables and such. Can probably poke at it if it's an issue. Download (updated)

Cute care bear. Had to download and check it out But why does the bear use plant/pot/vase tags and plant tunings. Any particular reason or was it just forgotten to change since it was cloned from a plant?

Fixed the tuning (object) and set it to be a child/baby object in the tags. Not quite forgotten (I'd half fixed the settings, it did show up in the right categories). You can redownload if you want the fixed files.

simmerish20, If you are referring to my post, I already fixed everything needed for my game. No offense, I was just wondering if this was forgotten or done on purpose. I also removed the plant/romantic Tags from every swatch in the Warehouse/Tags so that the cute care bear wont show up in the plants section. Those Tags are there because it was cloned from a plant.
