I planned on modding some glasses so one lens is a different color from the other, but it isn't as simple as I initially thought, as both lenses seem to use one texture, making it harder to simply alter the texture in an editing program. How would I be able to achieve that then? I would imagine a bit of uv editing in blender would be involved but I don't know what to do to make them two different colors without possible mapping issues

Hi. - export and open lod0; - RMB-click on the lenses, switch to Edit mode (TAB); - in 3d view select everything with A, in Uv editor enable sync; - set DiffuseMap as the background; - in 3d view disable Limit selection to visible, press B, click and drag to select the right lens; - in UV editor UVs - Mirror - X axis; - press G X and move the selected uv island, select both of them, press S, scale them down, press G again, move to be like in the pic; - UVs - Export uv layout; - save the blend, import back in s4s; - you'll need to do this to all of them using the exported uv layout as a reference (click on Open to choose it); How to edit the texture depends on what image editing software you're using. I'll show how to do it in photoshop: - export the diffuse texture in png, open it, select everything with shift A, File - Place, choose the exported uv layout; - select the gradient, Ctrl T, scale it down to match one lens; - Ctrl C, Ctrl V, Edit - Flip horizontal, move to match another lens; - delete the uv layout, merge layers, save, re-import

That worked out brilliantly and was very easy to follow, thanks much!
