Hello, so I'm absolutely stumped on what could be causing this in game. I've checked as many things as I could think of (reducing polycount, turning off SSAO, removed doubles) to try to fix it, but it seems persistent. I'm also using a blank specular and bump map for it. I checked to make sure my UVS aren't superimposed either. Anyone have any insight for this? (yes, its meant to be big) Thanks! mesh + shadow lod + package zip here

So the issue is STILL persistent, I've done edge splits, I've decimated, I've subdivided, its definitely the mesh, since I imported a different CC item, and it was perfectly fine. I'm not sure what else to do, I'm at a loss. More images of the issue:
