Hello, I'm having another problem with the toys I've been working on. I cannot for the life of me seem to fix the thumbnail to center the image. I've tried importing the binary code of the cutout info table for the hunting duck object, but that did nothing, nor did trying to alter the middle number. I used the clear the thumbnail cache thing each time, and gone into the sims 4 folder and deleted it there and I also removed the S4S folder from documents to let it regenerate. Can someone take a look and figure out how I can fix it? Thanks! The file is here: www.simfileshare.net/download/3396679/

I noticed there are two other files in the warehouse that seem to relate to the thumbnail (Thumbnail Extra 1 & 2), and I think they might be causing the issue. I tried deleting them but it made the thumbnail zoom out too far. I would try to remake the toy using a base that doesn't have these extra files, like the Ducky for example.

Thanks for your help! I followed your steps and had the same problem, so I've decided just to do custom thumbnails instead of futzing more with the numbers.

I'm sorry - I had tested the file before I suggested it and the thumbnail worked for me. I would upload it for you but I already deleted it, and your file is no longer available. Let me know if you need further help.

It's okay! I also then had further issues with the file that were causing weird things to happen in my game (my ladders disappeared for one, as did some windows) so I'm restarting from scratch.
