I was having issues with Sims wearing capes while in the shower, and I also recently got Werewolves, so I went and ran a few batch fixes to try and update some things.
As far as I can recall, I did these: disallow cc for random, disallow cc for default garment, disallow cc for shower, fix male underwear/swimsuit, fix underwear tags, fix swimwear bottom tags, update makeup, update LRLE images, update sliders, disable shoes for werewolves.
They look fine if they wear a shirt, but if I take off the shirt they do this. This is a problem for men wearing no shirts with their swimwear, and I also usually keep Sims in their underwear while I make a new one and then do clothes last.
