keep getting same advice question?

so you guys know how you'll get like phone calls or texts from family members/friends asking for advice on things that'll progress the story or effect their life? yea my sims so so has asked at least 50 times if she should try for 9apps.ooo/ a baby and everytime i have said yes and nothing has happened. this is like an everyday in game thing btw.
