Hi! I recently started modding and cannot for the life of me figure out why my Gamecube Mesh is showing as transparent in game. It's functional like I wanted it to be but I wasn't aiming for a ghost gamecube lol. If anyone can point me in the right direction or take a look at it, I would be so appreciative! Hi! The problem is the Shader. Go to Warehouse > Model. Then Lods > Edit Items... A new window will open. HighDetail Flags: None > Edit Items... An image to help you. This is where the issue is. The "Additive" shader is making your mesh transparent. Click on "Additive". Scroll down and find "Materials". Click on "Edit Items...". A new window will show up with a list of files. Click on each one of them. Every file with "Additive" as their Shader you'll change to "Phong" Another image to help. Now you just have to save your changes and package. Your object should not be transparent anymore. Hope that helps you. Good luck!

This worked very well but I'm still seeing a bit of transparency around the edges. See below in image. Should I change the files that have "PhongAlpha" to match the "Phong" in the others? Or does that matter? It's ok if this is the closest I can get to a solid mesh but ideally I can make it a bit more solid.

It's usually a problem with the SSAOIntensity. Like in this tutorial. Or a problem on Shadow LOD. "PhongAlpha" indeed allows your object to be transparent, as long as your texture is transparent. If not, it won't do anything. On your case the transparency problem is in the Shadow LOD. But let me give you just a few tips about the mesh as well. 1- To avoid confusion and a few problems, always name your meshes "s4studio_mesh_(cut number:0, 1, 2 etc)" 2- Your mesh (location) is lower than the "ground". Adjust it a little bit upper (above the lines), because when you place it (in game) part of the object is being cut. 3- What's causing that transparency is the Shadow Lod. Create a shadow for your object. Delete meshes s4tudio_mesh_0 and s4tudio_mesh_1. Now only s4tudio_mesh_2 is left. Change the cut number from 2 to 0. Change the name s4tudio_mesh_2 to s4tudio_mesh_0. Save it and import to Shadow Lod. Save your package. The transparency is probably gone now. I hope it helps you
