1: Is the mesh included? If it's a recolor set of a different mesh file, usually the file will have a mesh even if the original file is needed for the recolors to work, but not always. If so, you need to find the original mesh file.
2: Was the file merged? If you see a "merged package" line in the contents under the Warehouse tab, and if you don't get the 3D window but just the Warehouse tab, that's often the case. Then you need to unmerge the file to see each file separately (this doesn't always work, depending on which version the file was made with - older files might be an issue, and how the file was merged - Not sure if it's possible to merge with other programs, but I assume S4S unmerges packages best if they were merged with S4S).

I've tried to unmerge it thinking it was originally merged but it says it's not a merged file or made with an old version of sims 4 studio.
It's not a recolor as the cc works fine in game without on it's own. But there is no option to export mesh
