Hi. You should google "the sims 4 frankenmeshing tutorial" or "the sims 4 mesh editing tutorial" to learn how to modify existing maxis content to create new one. This is how pretty much all maxis match creator create new content. It would be very difficult to create it completely from scratch like maxis
