I noticed that some feminine CC clothes morph on masculine body normally, like that. While others make neck, chest, arms and fingers toothpick thin, like that. Why does it happen? Can i somehow fix the way it morphs without remaking the whole mesh?

Hi. We would need to see the files that do not morph as intended. It is probably vertex painted with the wrong color or something like this

My apologies, forgot to reply 🤦 in the future feel free to bump a thread if you get no reply in 24 hours (as for editing, judging by the fact that I edited my own post as well, there must have been an embarrassing mistake )
As for this issue, when it comes to Age&gender flags, the item made for the feminine frame must only have Female enabled, otherwise the morph will not be applied as intended. I removed Male and it works as intended

I removed Male and it works as intended that's fine haha, i do it all the time, i reply someone in my head and call it a day, completely forgetting to actually type it to them Okay, for the Diva dress (the red one on my screenshot) it indeed had male flag, i removed it and it worked as intended! (thanks a lot for that tip, at least this one is fixed) But for the second one, it didn't have male flag on it (i checked all swatches in case one of them still had it) but it still does this weird thing. What can be done with it? I removed the fixed one from the folder and added another one that i want to fix, neither of them has male flag. :'(

The author changed the name of the CAS part, so I do not know what was cloned and how it was tuned, but re-making the package fixes the issue. - create a new folder anywhere and put the package there; - open s4s, open that package with My projects, Ctrl Shift C to open a console, paste studio.exportall. This will prompt s4s to create a folder in the same location with all resources from the package; - tools - Color palette. Choose Import Palette and Save; - ideally you’d want to open lod0 blend, select all parts of the nude body and remove doubles; - back to Main menu, choose Create CAS standalone, click CAS, type Lingerie in the search bar, Next, select the existing package with the dress, overwrite it; - Tools - Palette, Apply palette to package, do not keep the existing swatch; - open the console again, paste studio.importall. This should import everything; - if I’m not mistaken, there is a bug that prevents s4s from importing all thumbnails, so if you want them, you will have to do it manually; - edit the categories, save, move back to the mods folder

Alright, i'll try it now! I make hair edits so that's fine, i can deal with lods and resources, even if something won't import correctly, i'll just do it manually. But i didn't understand that bit: "select all parts of the nude body and remove doubles" - you mean i should only select bare neck and arms and hands of a mesh, but leave the clothing part alone? Or i misunderstood you? (i also have an unrelated problem with mesh, should i create a separate topic or i can just ask you here?)

Yes, just those body parts. You can remove them on the dress as well but you would need to make sure that the ones along sharp edges stay split yeah, best to create a new thread

you would need to make sure that the ones along sharp edges stay split So big important parts of the mesh must stay separated, correct? Is it just for easy editing later, or merging all parts in one big piece of mesh negatively affect cc in cas/game? I'll do as you say but why is that important?

If you were to select the whole mesh and remove doubles, you would get those dark shadows along sharp edges. To remove them, you need to split edges that create them (or, in your case, just not remove doubles along them)

And if i already removed doubles (on another item that i tried to edit) how do i split them back?

Well, that’s the tricky part because it depends on the mesh. I guess the most universal way would be to quadrangulate the mesh, select sharp edges and split them - select the whole mesh, Mesh - faces - Tris to quads, enable Compare uvs; - Alt click on the edge loop at the bottom of the dress to select it. Holding Shift, select all other ones. If you aren’t sure which ones, switch to the Object mode and you will see dark shadows. Anyway, once you will select all of them, Mesh - edges - Edge split
