I'm trying to make a closet with mirror but no matter what I do or what mirror I clone the mirror becomes transparent. I have both tried just scaling ea mirror mesh as well as making my own, I have checked all the cuts and weights and normals but it still becomes transparent. Here is onedrive folder with screenshots, packages and blends (cloned from different mirrors). I tried adding a "wall" behind the mirror mesh as well. Folder

Hi. Object making is not my area of knowledge but since no one has answered in the past 4 days, something is better than nothing, I guess The first thing you need to do is make sure your package is structured just like the original: has the same number of meshgroups and all of them have the right cuts to replace the corresponding parts of the original (shadow plane replaced the shadow plane, the closet replaced the frame, INSTEAD of the closet replacing the shadow plane, etc) If everything is ok, you can try cloning and replacing a different item to see if that one is tuned differently If these things won’t help, make a copy of your package and try this solution ( I do not know if it’s the same issue, though) sims4studio.com/thread/29853/object-transparency-buy-live-mode

Nope, neither cloning nor the tutorial you linked worked

I'm looking at this in Blender and the texture 3 (mirror, therefore no texture is needed) is showing as Diffuse 2. Also you only have 1 mesh for the closet (both packages) but if you want to add a mirror you probably need 2, not including the floor shadow planes. Try a remake with a closet that has a mirror, this will make it easier to match your meshes to the clone base mesh.
