These fish flags from Snowy Scape. The full object is in just one mesh. So the static version and the animated one are not separated. I also checked it on Blender, and the weight paint is just one color. The shader is InstancedVertexAnim. What is making me confused is how the "game" knows that just the fish and rope moves, and the pole part stays static. Since everything is together, same mesh, weight paint, shader? Does anyone know? Thanks.
