Hi. The item is not being imported because it has the wrong cut. You need to expotrt the maxis necklace from the package and compare it to yours. You will see that there are two meshgroups with different cuts and that the one with the necklace contains no upper body, just the necklace. And you should also move the uvs in uv_1 and textures away from the area meant for tops, otherwise it will conflict with tops

This is the original mesh I got the necklace from Should I remap the texture first? I was going to do that after I got the mesh imported like I usually do original

You do not need to re-do everything from the start (skip the steps in cursive) but this is how you'd do this: - open the shared blend and delete s4studio_mesh_2; - select s4studio_mesh_1, switch to edit mode, in uv editor enable sync, press B, click and drag to select two circular uv islands to select the whole necklace;
- in 3d view press Ctrl I to invert the selection, press Delete, choose Faces;- select all uvs with A, set this template as the background, press G, place the uvs in the space meant for necklaces, scale down with S if needed; - UVs - Export uv layout ( you will use it as a guide for editing textures ); - (optionally) download this addon ( enter 0 and click on Purchase, open the achieve, choose 280, put the .py file on your desktop, in Blender go to Edit - Preference, switch to Addons, choose Install, choose this .py file, enable it ), remove unused vertex groups; - (optionally) right now the uv_1 is not good so the mesh may morph weirdly, so it would be best to retransfer it. Expand the rig, make top selectable. Select the necklace, add Data transfer, choose top as Source object, set the rest like in the pic, apply; - (optionally) vertex paint the mesh with 007f00; - save the blend and close it; - back in s4s, click CAS, paste yfAcc_NecklaceRomantic in the search bar, clone it, export the blend, open it; - select the necklace itself, check the cut ( 0001 ), delete it; - File - Append, choose the blend with your necklace, then Object, then s4studio_mesh_1, append; - give the appended meshgroup cut 0001, save;- import this blend into the package; - edit the textures using the exported uv layout
