hi! so this is my first time creating a mesh, and i'm not quite sure why this is happening? i try to fix the uv but it either just moves slightly further or slightly closer to it, but never on the actual body :/ it looks normal in the sims 4 studios so i'm really at a loss with this here is the package filehere is the blend file

Hey! I do not know why but both your body parts and top are vertex paint white, when they should be painted 00FF00. I can get you did not painted top but what happen to body :D What is more you need to transfer weights to top cause you did not transfered them at all. Separate top from body parts and trapsfer weights to it. Also you did not closed top holes and you cut body parts in a way that your neck have spikes that'll be visible. You should remove doubles of body parts and your mesh too. Watch some tutorials that show you step by step what to do and follow them carefully. You can't miss steps if you want your cc to function in game as it should
