question about applying excludepartflags to all swatches

Hello there 

i am trying to disable hats on some of the hairstyles in sims4studio

so i changed the the number of excludepartflags to 0000000000000002

but i do this step to each swatch and it is time consuming 

is there a way to apply excludepartflags to all swatches ?
