Sulani Uninvited Sims Issue

I was wondering if it would be possible to make a script mod that prevents random Sims from showing up on your Sim's property in Sulani uninvited an unannounced, and then proceed to enter without knocking then just make themselves at home. Sometimes your Sim doesn't even know them! I understand Maxis made Sulani's neighborhoods a little more friendly to replicate real world island culture, and I do like when neighbors knock on your door to help when an appliance in the house breaks or to bring over leftover food, but it's still rude to just enter without knocking and treat the place like it's your own, especially if you don't even know the person. The Private Lot trait and locking doors does not help with this so I was wondering if a script could fix this issue VidMate .
