<script src="moz-extension://fed2ed2a-8d7f-4333-a342-2b3882819b31/inject-scripts/searchvideos.js" async=""></script> 👍😘 I want to start of by saying "I Love all the Sims games,🦙 and I greatly appreciate the people here at Sims 4 Studio and all of their hard work!" 👍 🥰 🤗
I took every thing else out of my mods folder, except my 'Hair' and 'Clothes' folder. I ran the "CAS -> Disallow CC for random" on just of my hairs and clothing. Yet, when I opened up my CC; and began to edit my hairs, I noticed that every single swatch except the first one of my hair colors needed to be set manually, because only the first swatch was being changed. It was usually black that was first, so after I saved and then ticked on the next swatch, which was the Brown, I noticed that "Allow for Random" was still ticked. Also the Occult choices were still unticked too, even though I had run the "Batch fix for CAS" to "Allow CC for SpellCasters". Not even "Human" was ticked. All of the swatches were still as they were when the creator made them.
What is going on? Is it doing this for anyone else? I don't want to tick on 6,000+ hairs and edit every single one manually. That's insane. So many are a totally mess though. The earlier hairs don't even have 'Age Appropriate', 'Fashion Choice', or 'Human' ticked under 'Occult'. This is preventing them from showing up in the game CAS category completely. I have so many hairs that were created before Sims 4 Studio came along, so I have to do something to fix them. Being able to do so is one of the many reasons I love the 'Sims 4 Studio' SO much! Seriously, a batch fix to 'Allow for Human' is greatly needed! Especially for the older hairs, and clothing.
Has it always done this, and I just now noticed? 🤨
I would have sworn that it didn't used to do this. When I ran the "Disallow CC for random" batch fix, it used to fix every thing. Didn't it? 🤔
Could I be doing something wrong? Does the Sims 4 Studio program need updating❓❔
I keep thinking that as long as the first swatch isn't enabled for random, it might be enough to keep it from showing up on townies. At least I'm REALLY hoping it does! I will be using MCC to ensure that it does. 🫣 🤭😛
Is there already a way to tick on the human under occult using the batch fixes? In the past I have had quite a few hairs that I was told were broken because they didn't show up in the game catalog anymore, but after editing them manually in S4S I got them to work in the game just fine.
Does anyone know if just editing the first swatch is enough for all of the swatches to behave like they've been disallowed? Is there a trick to it in S4S?
If anyone does know how to get ALL of the swatches to disable, please help me by posting! 🙏🗣💬
