I tried making a custom skirt for sims, and I got it into the studio fine and got it to work with the game without crashing. But I tried painting the weights because it wasn't fitting males and now the game just crashes whenever I try to select a skirt in game. It would let me go to the skirt selection menu when I had a thumbnail, but I cleared the thumbnail and now it crashes just going to the skirt menu. Also I should note I've been using blender for ~7 years, so dont be hesitant to describe something complicated link to the crash log. idk how to look at what it says really other than opening it in notepad. drive.google.com/file/d/1uZM5xJPEJXjiTReodgAocfECkLP3iVsB/view?usp=sharing |

Hi. We would need to see the blend and package files. Weights are not responsible for how the skirts fits the body, so you shouldnt have modified them. Its uv_1 and vertex paint. Go back to the original file if possible ( if not, transfer weights as well) and simply transfer both from a skirt of similar length

It's second time I see this "Target_Slot" weights in mesh and second time they cause game crash. As soon as you import this mesh to new package it immediately gets broken, even importing working mesh crashes cause package is broken and not going to work. I deleted all weights and retransfered them as they should be and now it works, but had to create new package, previous one is broken and not repairable. Same problem was hereForm where did you get this weights? It's weird that two people have same wrong weights |

Oh thankyou so much, that actually worked. But now I have the issue that when I import the mesh the original skirt it's based on doesn't get deleted edit: oh apparently its because the mesh it was based on was cut into multiple pieces so I wasn't replacing all of the parts, just the first part, thankyou all so much. hopefully I won't have any more issues  |
