Hello, I'm an absolute newbie to modding, but I found a cool top that I wanted to transform into something different. In order to do so, I just wanted to remove the parts of the texture that are white colored, so the flesh is showing instead. I experimented with blender got a few 3d meshes from Sims 4 and discovered, that for example a bra that has only the "dirty" parts of the body covered has the same mesh as has the cc, which covers the whole top, I wanted to modify. So I assume, that I only have to do so as I mentioned above and alter the texture rather then altering the mesh and texture. Please be so kind and correct me if I'm wrong or tell me how to fulfill my plan. Many thanks in advance. As requested I uploaded the package here Underbust Corsage packageMore in Detail I want that everything that is now in white color, except for the lacing, should be skin color from the models skin. So that only the pink corsage should be visible as piece of clothing. As requested I uploaded the original package here.

Hi. How to do it depends on the textures and the shape of the mesh. We would need to see the package to give any specific instructions, so link it to us please

You should only need to edit the mesh if the actual 3D shape of the item is different. Sometimes details are just painted on to look 3D. It would be possible to give better advice if you were able to share a picture of the item you were wanting to edit.

The shared package requires the original one to function, so we can't actually see the content of it. Share the original instead please

The package you shared is a recolor of a different item, is that correct? Without the original mesh, I can't see what's going on. There are no textures in the package, either. It's pretty much empty. If you want the top to expose the breasts and you just alter the texture you're going to end up with a bare chest that is shaped like the shirt. Judging by the image you shared, you'll have a bare naked uni-boob. I'm guessing you don't want that. The easiest thing would be to extract the corset mesh and make a new top out of it. There are tutorials here to help with that and I have one in my signature. It's for Blender 2.78 and needs to be updated but the steps are the same.
