Realistic Physics for Fat?

So It bothers me a lot that the sims just look bad when they are slightly fat. In Real life a human has like those little fat „bumps“ (i don‘t know the word for it rn) at the belly. In sims it‘s just so smooth from the legs to the belly. I think it happens when they are obese (fitness controls) but not in the regular game. It just bothers me a lot that the sims either look like 1 month pregnant or just too wide kodi.bio/ . There‘s nothing to let it look better. Also clothing has no effect on the fat which is just weird. Like tight clothing changes your fat a little in real life, in sims the clothes just go over the belly and nothing else happens. Is there any like physics mod or like a preset mod featuring exactly that?
